Northern Virginia's Premier Dive Club

Nova-Ventures is Northern Virginia's premier dive club. A place that divers can come together to
meet other SCUBA divers in the Northern Virginia and Greater Washington, D.C. area.

The goal of Nova-ventures is to provide a forum for education, training, friendship and SCUBA!  
Nova-Ventures is proud to partner with Sea-Ventures of Fairfax, VA.  A special thanks to Ron
Pitts and the staff at Sea-Ventures for all they do for the Northern Virginia Diving Community.

SUPPORT OUR DIVE SHOP!  Local dive shops are the cornerstone of recreational diving. If you
buy all your equipment off the web, local dive shops could be forced out of business. If local
shops like Sea-Ventures are forced out of business, where will you get training? on-line? Where
will you go to get air refills? on-line?

The reality is, without the local dive shop, there is no recreational diving.  Support Sea-Ventures
in Fairfax, VA. Remember, you may get a super cheap price on-line, but you will not get the
service or training you need to continue your diving adventure!

Monthly Meetings

Nova-Ventures will meet each month on the 2nd Wednesday at (Site to be Determined) at 7:00
PM.  We will discuss topics of interest in the local area such as dive events, dive sites, and new
developments in dive technology or education.
Dive Trips, Seminars, Education

Dive Trips:  Nova-Ventures supports Sea-Ventures of Fairfax, Virginia.  Our club will travel with
Sea-Ventures and support their trips.  As Nov-Ventures grows and supports Sea-Ventures,
more trips and services can be offered.  Local dive trips will be conducted as a club, to include
underwater clinics at local dive sites, camping trips and outings.  

Seminars: Nova-Ventures will post local seminars on this site, and also sponsor seminars to
keep our members updated with the latest information and technology.

Education: Nova-Ventures supports continuing education for divers. In addition to holding
periodic educational seminars, Nova-Ventures will keep their members informed of area
education meetings.
