Open Water Diver Certification Refresher
Has it been a while since you been diving? Maybe two, three, five years? Feeling a little rusty? Want to make
sure you have the current information?
Certified divers may want to take a refresher course to relearn diving skills or rebuild their diving confidence.
If you haven't been on a dive for over one year, or if you have had a bad experience diving in the past, take a
refresher course with Sea Ventures. Our friendly, patient, professionals staff of instructors will help you love
diving again.
The course is completed in our on-site classroom and local pool, on a Tuesday or Thursday evening. You will
be required to complete the SCUBA skills update self study materials in advance of the course.
The Scuba Skills update study guide and video are broken into the following sections which review the scuba
skills from your open water diver course.
* Responsible Diver Code
* Preparing your Equipment
* Planning Dives (including the Dive Tables)
* Diving Skills
* Emergency Skills
* Using Your Dive Log
* Continuing Education
Prerequisites:
Certified Scuba Diver
Complete a SSI Medical History Statement
