Here we go again, time to share another dive adventure with you.  This time I traveled to the far
reaches of Baja California to the resort town of Cabo San Lucas.  During our eight day stat in Cabo, we
enjoyed SCUBA Diving (Cabo San Lucas Arch, Cabo Pulmo and The Corridor), ATV Motorcycle rides in
the desert and on the beach, Jet Ski's in the Sea of Cortez, Para Sailing over Lands End, margarita's at
the pool and some good old fashioned rest and relaxation.  My dive buddy on this trip was my fiancé,
Sandy Taylor, or as she was come to be known after a couple of hours in the Mexican Sun, Sandy
Lobster!

Enjoy the following pages of pictures which best tell the adventures we shared in Cabo, The dive
pictures are grouped by destination and I also included some pics of our top side activities as well. Enjoy,
and as always keep in touch by e-mailing me at
jeshanks@novascuba.org. Be sure to join us this
November on the Cat Ppalu as we sail and dive the Exuma Islands in the Bahamas!

We did six dives over three days with
Manta Diving in Cabo. Our Dive Master Kiki was an excellent
guide and I would highly recommend Kiki and
Manta Diving if visiting Cab San Lucas.  Don't expect
luxury dive accommodations in Cabo. The diving in great, and if you have never had to roll off the side
of a boat into the ocean, then you are in for a treat, that is the only way into the ocean in Cabo!
The above pictures represent a small sampling of the pictures taken by John Shanks, Dive Control
Specialist, Master Diver while visiting Cabo San Lucas.  There were so many great dive pictures I
could not include them all here. There are three more pages for this trip. Please check out
The
Corridor, Cabo Pulmo and Top Side pages.

When visiting Cabo San Lucas, be sure to stop by
Manta Divers and say hi to Kiki, Nacho and the
gang. If your lucky your boat captain will be Sumo!  Thanks guys for great diving!
